The Award Team are operational
The Award Team are very much operational and are all contactable by e-mail and still able to pick up messages daily. All face to face meetings, assessments, training, annual reviews and quality assurance visits will be on hold for the next *6 months from March 2020. *Subject to change
We will keep in contact with you throughout this "pause" and will inform you of any updates.

What does putting assessments, annual reviews and quality assurance visits on hold mean?
We are just pressing pause on the award. You will still continue to hold your award if you have one and we will be back in touch when this period of uncertainty is over.
Can I still register for the Award?
Yes. We’ll be able to set your organisation up with a portfolio and provide advice on getting started with Healthy Working Lives.
What if my details or my organisations details changes over the next 6 months, what do I do?

Bronze, silver and gold award assessments, annual reviews, quality assurance visits ‘on hold’ for 6 months – what does this mean?
Assessment
I’m prepared for my assessment and have done a lot of work – can the assessment still go ahead?
Assessments can be available remotely by request. Email and we will review your eportfolio and be in touch to arrange a remote assessment. This can be done via telephone or video call.
Note – If you feel your Bronze Award portfolio will been completed in the next few months email and we will review this, feedback if required and grant the Bronze award should the portfolio be complete. (We do not conduct site visits for Bronze).
Should you have completed or almost completed a portfolio of evidence for Bronze, Silver or Gold but cannot submit for assessment due to other commitments then all satisfactory evidence included in the portfolio to date WILL be accepted at such times that we are able to conduct an assessment.
Assessments already scheduled but postponed will be prioritised as soon as possible.
Annual Reviews and eportfolio
We are due an annual review of our award soon – does this go ahead?
We are pressing ‘pause’ where you are with your HWL Award. Therefore if you are due an annual review in the 6 months from March 2020 we will postpone the need for this review to be completed. You should not receive alerts around your annual review within the next 6 months from March 2020. Your award status will not be affected by this.
We’ve been working to our 2020 annual review date and have everything in place. Can we still submit our annual review?
Yes. Please be aware that your adviser may not receive a notification that your review has been submitted. On completion of the annual review form please email us to inform us that your review has been completed and we will feedback.
Can I still upload evidence to my eportfolio?
Yes, this will stay open for you if you are able to continue to gather evidence.
Employee Wellbeing Survey
Our organisation are due to repeat our Employee Wellbeing Survey (EWS). Can this be put on hold?
Yes. Employee Wellbeing Surveys are required every 3 years. Should the 3 year deadline come up for your organisation in the next few months the EWS deadline will be postponed for 1 year until 2021 at the earliest.
Should all employees be back at work your organisation will be able to conduct an EWS before the revised deadline should you wish. However support in doing so maybe limited.
